Staff Training & Fair Work

STAFF TRAINING

Our comprehensive approach to staff training is one of the important ingredients to our success. All Mastercare staff receive full induction and Site specific training prior to commencement. Training is ongoing and refresher training is provided when new equipment is introduced, where duties or specifications change, etc. Regular toolbox meetings supplement safety training initiatives.

FAIR WORK


We provide comprehensive staff training, a safe and secure income, language classes and training for those for whom English is a second language, and support those who strive to take on leadership roles. Mastercare operates under the Cleaning Services Award 2010 [MA000022] which can be viewed on the Fair Work website awardviewer.fwo.gov.au/award/show/MA000022.

We pay all our cleaners and subcontractors according to this award and conform to all of Fair Work Australia’s cleaning and employment standards.
