Every member of our team knows exactly what their role is and how their work impacts our ability to meet KPls.
We have been transitioning into situations like these for decades and understand that sensitivity must be a priority. Wherever possible, Mastercare strives to retain all existing cleaners unless they aren’t performing. If they must be let go, we try to find them alternative employment within the local area.
