Mastercare is a commercial cleaning company with more than 40 years experience in the industry. Mastercare started in Sydney and, over time expanded to become a national service provider in Australia and New Zealand. Today, we work with a diverse range of market sectors including mining, commercial, industrial, government, health, aged care and retail etc.

Management Solutions
Mastercare’s management structure is designed to clearly delineate tasks and responsibilities, eradicate confusion or miscommunication, deliver outstanding outcomes, and ensure we consistently meet all key performance indicators (KPls). Every member of our team knows exactly what their role is and how their work impacts our ability to meet KPls.
We have been transitioning into situations like these for decades and understand that sensitivity must be a priority. Wherever possible, Mastercare strives to retain all existing cleaners unless they aren’t performing. If they must be let go, we try to find them alternative employment within the local area.
Managing cleaning staff can be time-consuming and costly, with a great deal of energy spent dealing with absenteeism, quality, insurances, paperwork, risk management, storage and handling of chemicals, and so on.
These are all activities which are not central to your facility’s core function.
Mastercare offers two management alternatives:
- We can manage your existing cleaning staff for you, or
- We can install and manage our own staff.
